Graeme Steel, owner-operator:  Graeme has over 20 years experience in this industry.  He moved from Geelong over 20 years ago and opened the first off-licence shop in the Mollymook area. After a break of some 5 years, he missed the buzz of the industry and decided to do it again, but with a different focus.  Graeme's wife, Annie has been in the finance industry for over 20 years, and plays an important role as financial consultant for the business.

Jon Tucker, owner-operator:  Jon is the licensee for Mollymook Fine Wines & Ales.  He has lived locally and run a business in this area for over 30 years.  Whilst he has plenty of business experience, he is a relative newcomer to the liquor industry.  When the opportunity arose to join ranks with Graeme, it didn’t take much convincing to get Jon on the team. 

We farewelled Brian Koorey last month, who retired to go fishing.  Brian was with us at the beginning and he will be sorely missed.  He always willingly shared his extensive knowledge, expertise and advice to customers.  

None of us could fill Brian's shoes, but we are left in no doubt that Leo Page (Leo's Kitchen, Milton) our new recruit,  will put his own individual stamp on the shop.  His reputation and experience in the food industry precedes him and with that knowledge, he brings a whole new dimension to the business.  He will be taking over the reins in our organic and biodynamic range of wines, and there is a whisper that he would like to suggest some food-wine matches for our monthly newsletter.
